1. Acceptance of these Terms

Playfair Rivals ("the Game", "we", "us") is a free-to-play online multiplayer game available at pfr.tas.pl. By creating an account or playing the Game you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 16, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address when registering. It is used for account recovery and verification only.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account.
• Accounts are personal. Do not sell, share, or transfer your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the in-game Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your characters, items, and progress.

4. Code of Conduct

While playing, you agree not to:

• use bots, macros, scripts, exploits, or any form of automation or cheating;
• abuse bugs — if you find one, please report it instead of exploiting it;
• harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players, or post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content in chat, names, or clan names;
• impersonate other players or Game staff;
• trade in-game items or currency for real money;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or other players' accounts.

5. Virtual Items & Currency

Playfair Bucks, items, pets, titles, and all other in-game content are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and remain our property. We may modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time as part of game development.

6. Game in Development

Playfair Rivals is actively developed. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and in rare cases progress may be adjusted or reset for balance or technical reasons. We will try to avoid resets and to announce significant changes in advance.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of the messages you write, but you grant us the right to display them inside the Game (for example in chat and mail). We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, cheat, or harm the Game or its community. Where reasonable we will explain the action taken.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. Significant changes will be announced in the Game or by email. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
