You can delete your Playfair Rivals account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it — inside the game, or by writing to us.
The deletion happens immediately. You are signed out on every device and the account cannot be recovered.
If you have lost access to your account, email playfair.rivals@gmail.com from the Google account behind your Play Games profile (or the address the account was registered with), with the subject “Delete my account” and your in-game username in the body. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

| Game progress — characters, items, equipment, collections, currency, world progress, fight history | Deleted immediately. None of it is recoverable. |
| Mail, trades and clan membership | Deleted immediately. |
| Chat messages you sent to other players | Your name is removed from them. The text is kept for 30 days from when it was sent, so that a report about it can still be investigated, and is then deleted automatically. It may also remain in other players' clients, which we cannot reach. |
| Moderation records — reports made about your account, and any mute or ban applied to it | Kept for up to 12 months, so that a banned account cannot be cleared by deleting and re-registering. Retained on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the game safe. |
| Server logs, including the IP address recorded at signup and login | Kept for up to 90 days for security and abuse investigation, then deleted automatically. |
